We carefully analyze the stastics on our website and we realize a large number of the visitors to our site are from outside the Central Okanagan.  Rather than waiting for the buyers to come to Kelowna, we pack up our listings and go to where the buyers are from.  We attend recreation home shows in Edmonton and Calgary and make it easy for potential buyers to learn about all the benefits that Kelowna has to offer. 
Additionally, Shannon and Tamara attend RE/MAX conferences throughout the year and promote their properties to the agents they come in contact with.
