Lower Mission

The Lower mission is comprised of mostly older & well established neighbourhoods with mature trees and private lots. Up until about 1995 the area was on septic systems, so many of the properties are a generous size.

Sarsons Beach has a lovely picnic area, smooth stone beach (no weeds) and a great playground for the kids.

Nearby shopping and dining includes the Laughing Moon Gallery, Sunshine Market and the Minstrel Café. New additions to the Mission include Starbucks and a great sushi bar on Lakeshore Road

The Mission Greenway is a must see with flat walking/biking/horseback riding trails. Starts at Lakeshore and goes for miles!
