Investing in Kelowna

People move to Kelowna for a great variety of reasons.

Some come for the golf & wineries, some come for our great health care system, some come for school and work, but there is a common goal: to appreciate and enjoy the Okanagan lifestyle.

Kelowna has some very positive growth happening in our community.

UBC opened up it's Okanagan campus a few years ago and it was recently announced that they will have a full medical school in the next 2 years.  This news together with the announced expansion at Kelowna General Hospital means that our medical system will get even better. 

Additionally, the runway at Kelowna International Airport was recently extended and can now accommodate the largest airplanes in the world.  This is fantastic news for the world traveler as they no longer need to fly from a larger centre like Calgary or Vancouver.  There are direct daily flights from Kelowna to Toronto, Seattle and numerous other large cities.

Having spent their entire lives in the Okanagan Valley, the Stone Sisters really enjoy sharing their knowledge with people new to the area.  Where to live is an incredibly important decision and Tamara & Shannon will make sure that your needs are best met.  There are many different neighbourhoods in Kelowna and it's important that you find the one that suits you best.

When someone contacts the Stone Sisters about moving to Kelowna, they ask some critical questions like: Why are you moving here? What are the most important factors in a home for you? What area do you want to be in?  For some families with children, it's important to be close to schools and playgrounds in a neighbourhood with lots of other families.  For other people they are moving here to spend less time driving and they want to be within walking distance of shops, the beach and the amenities that are important to them.  A lot of people want to have that phenomenal view of Okanagan Lake and the valley, others want to be close to the Kelowna International Airport for quick access to the rest of the world.
